APPOINTMENTS. Due to the pandemic, we have had to change the way we run the surgery. This has been under constant review and there have been many changes made to improve the service over the last 12 months. We currently operate a system of pre bookable and on the day appointments with our GPs. Appointments are either via telephone, video call or face to face. Face to face appointments are given based on clinical need with reception staff following a strict protocol set by the GPs or can be given by the GPs themselves. To ensure staff follow the protocols set by the GPs and that patients are getting the correct level of access the reception team will ask brief questions regarding your problem(s). With this information the receptionist can then get you booked into the correct appointment. All staff are bound by strict confidentiality policies.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being completely dissatisfied and 10 being exceptionally happy) please rate how you feel about the current system of telephone/video calls/face to face
