In March 2020 we rapidly implemented a temporary system of telephone appointments whereby every patient who requests an appointment is called back by a GP. A decision is made as to whether a telephone consultation is sufficient or if a face to face appointment is required. We have observed both pros and cons with our system over the past year. This was necessary at the time to keep our patients and staff safe and will continue for a little while longer, however, we are now looking to the future and would like your thoughts on some aspects of the appointment system. Q1: Approximately how often have you contacted the Practice since March 2020 for an appointment (either for yourself or someone else)?
