On 24th March 2020, the Practice enabled the function for patients to be able to send Online Consultations Forms via our Practice Website or their Patient Access Online account. Online Consultations allows patients to send forms the Doctor online at any time of the day or night. It also saves a patient waiting in the telephone queue to speak to a Receptionist. These forms are for NON-URGENT problems and should be responded to within 48hours.
