This is an annual survey for patients who have had contact with the practice from April 2019 to March 2020. The survey asks for certain information in trying to gather the experiences of difference groups of people taking into account age, sex, disability, ethnicity and IT skills to ensure feedback is representative. Triage Information can now be added on line.

Triage information slots are available on-line Mon-Fri from 8.30 until daily appts are all fully booked and we move to urgent triage only for the rest of the day? Make sure and add a mobile number to allow us to contact you back with an appointment or other appropriate advice. Also please book under the name of the person who is ill giving clear succinct information to allow the Doctors to triage appointments appropriately. If you need an appointment in advance because of work commitments please be clear with dates/times you will be available and where possible we will try to facilitate requests.

Speak to Reception to register for Patient Facing Services which will allow you 24/7 access to order your prescriptions. Remember, you can order prescriptions 1 week in advance. There have been issues with the on-line services within N.I. Practices the last months but hopefully glitches have been resolved by the 3^rd party supplier engineers.

Are you aware you can sign up to be sent the monthly Practice Bulletin via our Practice Website? We now use SMS invites and appointment reminders – Please keep mobile numbers updated with us.
