Are you aware of our online triage tool - eConsult? This allows you to submit a NON-URGENT query online and a GP will respond to you within 48 hours. (This service is available via the practice website)
Do you know how to contact our Out of Hours service (NHS 111) when the surgery is closed?
Do you feel confident that you know which types of conditions are appropriate for attendance at the Accident & Emergency (A&E)? (ie, Do you know when you should go to A&E – instead of using NHS 111 Service?)
Are you aware of the ‘Pharmacy First’ service? This allows you to receive treatment for a range of medical conditions directly from the local pharmacy by simply collecting a coupon from reception?
How satisfied are you with the new phone system?
How satisfied are you with the cleanliness of the Waiting Room?
Are you interested in joining the Patient Participation Group (PPG)? We meet once every quarter in the practice.
