As always, we are keen to hear your views about the Practice and the service we provide to you. We have focused on trying to provide regular high quality locum cover through Dr Paula Denham and Dr Stephen Katebe and provide the best care for our Patients.

This years survey again covers the things you asked us to improve on previously, questions about the Locum Doctors, the area’s we will be inspected on by the Care Quality Commission (NHS Watchdog) and a few new area’s too.

As you may be aware, over the last year, due to us struggling to recruit new doctors, we have had to cover with Locum Doctors, which at times has put pressure on the Practice and the Service we provide for you. However, we are keen to know your views on these issues.

Section C- Care Quality Commission

We are looking at ways to help our patients make better use of Doctors time, i.e. letting us know when they don’t need an appointment, booking a slot more than 10 minutes if needed, replying to letters asking them to come in, or seeing their Pharmacist if they have a “minor” problem. Have you any idea’s how we can do this better?
