Burscough Family Practice - General Practice Assessment Survery 2018-2019

1) Would you be interested in joining the virtual Patient Participation Group? We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.

Are you aware that the practice run a ‘friends and family test’ survey? This is a short survey placed out in the waiting room, inviting patients to provide feedback, all year round. Patient responses will contribute to our test score which is shared with the public.

Are you aware of the POD? The Prescription Ordering Direct Service is the new way we are processing repeat prescriptions.

Are you aware West Lancashire now has an Extended Access Service? This runs 7 days a week and offers GP, Practice Nurse and Phlebotomy Clinic appointments. The service runs from various locations, including Burscough Health Centre, on week nights and weekends.

Are you aware that the Practice Nurse and Healthcare Assistant run several health Promotions and illness prevention clinics?
