INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the survey is to give our patients the opportunity to feedback their opinions on the service we provide. The survey has been developed in consultation with our Patient Reference Group.

9. The opening hours at the surgery are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 4pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (Duty Doctor available via telephone until 6pm). Late night pre-booked appointments on a Tuesday or Thursday (depending on rota) 6.30pm to 7.30pm (no telephone service).
