Did you know that you need to update your mobile numbers and change of address with the practice as soon as possible. You can, if you wish use the surgery website for this at www.parboldsurgery.co.uk or your patient access. (If you do not know what Patient access is ask at reception)
Do you know that one of the reasons we ask for your mobile numbers is that the doctors use these numbers to get in touch with you when required if they can not reach you on your land line numbers. Mobile numbers are also used to send investigation results, for flu reminders and sometimes to rearrange appointments.
Did you know that the surgery now offer extended hours for patients after the surgery is closed were you can see a doctor or a nurse? (ask at reception for information as to where these appointments are being held)
