If you see 'review date' on your prescription, this is for the attention of the surgery staff and does not mean that you need to book an appointment. A letter of invitation will be sent to you asking you to book the relevant appointment.

Are you aware that we have a new GP Extended hours service? This allows patients to see a GP, practice nurse and attend phlebotomy appointments on a Saturday or Sunday at Sandy Lane Health Centre, Burscough Family Practice and Ormskirk Medical Practice. This new service is available to all patients in West Lancashire, with appointments made simply by going through their usual GP surgery
