Brook House and Raymond Road collaboration

Exciting news!

Brook House and Raymond Road surgeries are working together! We are two well-established practices in the centre of Southampton committed to providing the best possible care to our 10,000 patients.

Why collaborate?

Combined, we will provide a greater team of clinical staff consisting of:

* 6 GPs

* 4 nurses

* and a healthcare assistant.

With a bigger team, we can make sure you are looked after better by making it easier to see a GP at your surgery when you need to.

We will be bringing our administrative and IT back office functions together to provide you with a comprehensive, efficient support service.

Working together will also strengthen our position for the future, helping us to maintain high standards of care and plan to innovate and provide new services.

How will it affect me?

* Your GP service will continue as usual

* You will have access to increased expertise

* Greater continuity of services

* Improved access

* You may be contacted by a GP from either Brook

House or Raymond Road and, if necessary, seen at either of the locations.

When can I see/speak with my doctor?

To ensure consistency and reliability for both our patients and staff, we will be introducing the same access hours across the two Practices from 1st December 2017.

From Monday to Friday hours will be as follows:

Telephones 08:00 – 18:00 Urgent calls only from 18:00 – 18:30

Surgery morning session 08:30 – 12:30 Closed for admin from 12:30 – 13:30

Surgery afternoon session 13:30 – 18:30
