have a better understanding of our patients and their health needs.
Our Practice Manager and, Patient Participation Group committee, will
analyse the results and prepare an action plan to address patient concerns
where it is possible to do so.
To make the results more accessible, the survey results and comments
together with the action plan will be published on the William Fisher Medical
Centre and Patient Participation Group websites, as well as being displayed in
the surgery.
Please consider joining our Virtual Patient Participation Group. By
becoming a member we will communicate with you by email, requesting that you
visit our website and complete any future surveys we may undertake from time to

'SystemOnline'
The new 'SystemOne' software has been in operation in the Medical Centre for several months
now. The Practice Manager and Patient Participation Group Committee is
conducting this survey to understand your level of awareness and opinion of the
online service 'SystemOnline', which is available to
patients with internet access.
It is important to inform you that the normal
services continue to be available to all patients irrespective of whether they have access to the
internet, or, who are not confident in the use of the online service.
