We have now published the results of the annual practice survey. They are available to view on the website and there is also a hard copy at the surgery. The overall results have been very flattering and we are very proud of the lovely comments made.
We have discussed the points raised, and would like to propose the following Action Plan.
1. The e-Patient Participation Group should have a committee/steering group in order to take this project forward.
2. Baby changing table in patient toilet
3. Improve parking facilities
4. Regular Practice Newsletter
Unfortunately we are working to a very tight timescale. We need to publish the results of the Action Plan on the practice website by 31st March, so I would appreciate a prompt response to this email.
