We introduced a Physicians Associate to the practice in January 2013 to carry out telephone triage to help identify the need for urgent/same day appointments and to ease the pressure on our appointment system - if you require urgent medical attention that day you will be seen either by the Physicians Associate or a GP - this process identifies non-urgent / routine appointments which are then booked at the next available slot
