If we could always enable you to speak to a GP when you ring to make a doctor's appointment would this be a positive step?

If we were always able to offer you a same day appointment if you needed one would you consider this a good service?

If you could ring at any time in the day and be sure of being seen on that day if needed, rather than having to ring at 8:30am would this be better?

If you want to see or speak to a particular doctor and this was always possible (although maybe not on the same day as some doctors are part-time and don't work every day, or could be on holiday) would you consider this an improvement?

If always speaking to a doctor about your appointment meant that you wouldn't always need to come in to the surgery but could sometimes be given advice over the phone, would this be beneficial?

If speaking to a doctor about your appointment meant that the doctor could give you an appointment with enough time to deal with your concerns, rather than everyone being given a 10 minute appointment as happens now would you consider this a good service?

If doctor's surgeries ran to time more regularly because urgent patients were not being squeezed in and patients had been allocated sufficient time for their appointment, having spoken to a doctor first, would this be an improvement in our service?

If you need to plan ahead for your appointments in order to arrange transport, childcare or time off work, etc., and could still book an appointment on a day and time of your choice would you consider this to be a good service?
