Dear Patient,

Many thanks for agreeing to take part in this survey to help us understand how our Practice performs and if there are any areas that we may be able to improve on.

As part of carrying out this survey our Patient Group felt it would be a good idea to give patients some information on the Practice.

The Practice currently has 10,375 patients which is growing every month. We offer every week in excess of 1,000 Doctor and Nurse appointments. Our website contains a lot of useful information about the Practice and related health information. If you wish to book appointments or request medication on-line this can be carried out via our website. If you do not have a password please ask Reception to provide you with one to enable you to use this facility.

If you wish to join our Patient Group either by attending the meetings or being a virtual member please ask Reception.

Information on the Practice is also available on the NHS Choices website at www.nhs.uk - go to "Services near you" and the "GP" tab where you can type in Biggleswade and find GP practices. The site will give a list of Practices including ours.On this site you can also leave a "Review" about the Practice.

The Practice is open Mon - Fri between 8 am and 6.30 pm. In addition it is also open 1 - 2 mornings per week before 8am and 1 Saturday morning per month.
