Thank you so much for agreeing to become part of our Patient Feedback Group. We would be grateful if you would take time to help our practice choose a topic to survey this year and if possible, send us your replies before 31st October. Once we have your answers we will publish a more detailed survey on the topic chosen by the majority.
Last year's survey was on 'Getting an Appointment' and the results of this can be found in the Survey Results section on our website. Many of you probably feel this is still a high priority and so we could include questions regarding this area in a more general survey. We spoke to our Patient Participation Group and the following ideas were suggested.
