Many thanks for agreeing to participate in our email surverys, We really appreciate your help. We want to use the email surverys to help us imporve the quality of care as much as possible in our practice.

In our practice, we take quality to mean three things

1) That the doctors use the most up to date evidence in planning medical care ( this is often called EFFECTIVENESS)

2) That we ensure all care is safe ( often called simply PATIENT SAFETY)

.....and this is where you come in...3) That we endeavour to provide a high quality experience of health care for all our patients.( THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE)
