We value all patient feedback and so would ask you to take five minutes to fill in the questionnaire below.
The Practice and your PRG (Patient Reference Group) have been working closely together with the common aim of providing the highest standards of care when we can. Feedback from this survey will help us understand the needs and wishes of our patients.

Nurse Practitioners: The role covers medicine and nursing. They are trained to degree level and are able to offer further services such as referrals to appropriate specialist, prescribing of most medicines (except some controlled drugs) and can determine and implement appropriate treatment.
