Dear Patient,

Once again we are running a patient survey to help us improve our services. All surveys are anonymous. Survey will run until 30th November 2017. You will be able to review the results on our website after that date.

Following last year's survey, we have added a radio function into our TV media screens to help improve the privacy of patients at the reception desk. Patients mentioned to us that the waiting room was very cold in winter now the new automatic doors are in so an air curtain will be installed over the inner lobby door of our main entrance, which should keep warm air in and cold air out. Our telephone system is being extended with additional lines and changes to staff rotas to help ensure we have more people available to deal with your enquiries. We are reworking out sit and wait clinic and it has now become the Urgent Morning Clinic - more details in our September newsletter.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, your views are important to us and help us model our services in the future.
