INFORMATION ABOUT THE PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (“PPG”)
The PPG provides an opportunity for patients to meet, together with fellow patients, and staff of the Medical Centre, to provide a patient viewpoint on the services the centre provides.
Its role is to:
- contribute to the Centre's decision-making, service and facility development and provision
- seek ways to represent and reflect the needs of different categories of patient
- help patients to understand the Centre's viewpoint and ideas
- provide feedback to the Centre on patient concerns or needs, but excluding those of a personal or individual nature.
