Access to Appointments

Patients who need to see a doctor the same day or who can't wait for a routine appointment can use the Call Back service between 8:00am-10:00am every weekday morning. A GP will assess/prioritise the call and arrange a suitably convenient appointment. If a telephone consultation is required, the GPs have telephone appointments daily between 11:30am and 12:30pm where results, referrals and any routine problems can be discussed. Yelverton Surgery provides a Saturday morning clinic for patients who work full-time or are in full-time education. Double appointments can be booked if you feel you require longer than 10 minutes or have more than one problem to discuss.
