Parkshot Medical Practice Annual Questionnaire 2016
In October 2015 we changed our appointment booking system and made almost 50% of all our GP consultations available to book on the day every day. Urgent and telephone appointment are still also daily.

There has been a significant increase in the number of patient failing to inform us that they cannot attend their appointment. At present more than 25 hours of clinical time is wasted every month.
