Patient Survey - Blood Pressure (BP) Machine in Waiting Area

The practice introduced a Self-check BP machine within the waiting area with the aim of improving access to patients who required their blood pressure to be monitored. It was also anticipated that this would reduce demand on the appointment system with the treatment room nurses, practice nurse and GPs.
