Survey feedback - Friends and Family test - How would you like to share your views about our service?
Dear Patients, Carers and relatives
We like to gather feedback from our patients about how we are doing in a variety of ways and the Friends and Family test is one option. There are multiple ways that you can complete the test; on paper/cards in the surgery, through our surgery website and also in response to sms/text or email. We also have the 'comments box' by the Reception hatches for you to add more detailed suggestions as well as the facility to send us a message through our website.
We do not wish to 'bombard' you with these requests so this survey is to obtain your views on your preferred method and frequency of our requests. It is also to advise you how to provide feedback.
