About Information availability

We would be grateful if you would complete this survey about our appointment system. The Practice made some changes to the appointment system in August 2015. This may not be immediately obvious to patients when ringing for an appointment as we still phone patients back who want to be seen on the same day.

To improve continuity, all GPs now have time in their clinics to phone their own patients who want to be seen on the day and they have some slots that they can use for patients who require a face to face appointment. We no longer have a duty doctor each day as all the GPs are sharing the same day work load and this has freed up more appointments that are bookable ahead. We are hopeful that over time this will improve appointment availability.

We have booked an appointment or seen a GP since the beginning of August 2015
