Alvanley Family Practice Action Plan Consideration Survey 2015
1. Although we strive to keep to our appointment times, 32% of survey respondents suggested that they wait over 20 minutes for their consultation. We would like to concentrate on reducing this wait time during 2015/2016. Do you agree that we should continue to work on this?
2. 36% of respondents suggested that they would like to receive appointment reminders by text – with 20% saying that they didn’t know. We would like to investigate further if this is something that we can offer those patients that would benefit from it. Do you agree this is an area of improvement that we should work on?
3. Direct comments within the survey suggest that the PowerPoint presentation needs to be more frequently updated with information for the patients, and perhaps data about waiting times for clinicians. Is this something that you agree we should look at implementing?
4. 56% of our patients use Facebook, we would like to develop ways for patients to access information and news about our practice and local information about services. Do you agree we should look at this area of communications?
