Patient Questionnaire 2015

Following the feedback from our patient questionnaire in 2013 we decided to introduce a telephone queuing system at both Practice sites. The system was installed in July 2013. Last year we asked our patients for their views on the new system and their feedback led to the addition of 2 extra telephone lines to allow for a greater number of calls to be accepted during busy times. This upgrade was installed in August 2014.

To help us assess whether this has led to improvements and greater patient satisfaction, we would be grateful if you would complete this short questionnaire.
