Telephone System

The telephone system was previously featured on the local Patient survey. It was agreed that a numbered queueing system would be implemented. Due to technical difficulties this has so far not been possible. We are currently investigating new ways of implementing this system by looking at different providers. Premises

Ash Tree House have committed to a programme of works relating to the physical environment of the building to promote the comfort and safety of Patients, visitors and staff. The Practice has already invested in the façade of the building renovating the heritage windows. The next stages of regeneration are to complete the buildings works to the vestibule area at the front of the building and to update the ground floor areas including the Reception area and waiting rooms. Do you have any comments regarding the Reception/waiting room areas?

Priority area 3
Access to a GP

The Practice has previously received feedback from Patients regarding accessing appointments with a Doctor and expressed frustration at the length of the wait. We would like to propose a campaign to raise awareness about the amount of time wasted by Patients who do not attend their appointments. Would you agree that this campaign would highlight the time wasted by Patients not attending their appointments?
