Q3.Since June 2013 more reception staff have been available to help you book appointments on the day and in the urgent clinic. Do you feel that booking by telephone has improved over the last 12 months?

 
 

Q4.If you have experienced any problems booking your appointment over the phone, particularly when ringing between 8.00-9.00, please tell us about them.

Q5.Did you know that up to 10% of patients do not keep their appointments at the surgery? Have you any suggestions about how we could reduce this wastage?

Q13.a. In 2015 we intend to hold open meetings of the PPG where you can come and have your say about services, although we are not able to to deal with personal or medical problems. Would you consider coming to an open meeting?

 
 

Q13.b.Not everyone can make a set time. What time of day would suit you best?

 
 
 

Q14.In 2015 we are proposing to hold themed presentations to allow patients to hear about health issues that may affect them with an opportunity to hear from a clinician how such matters may be prevented or treated. There will be a chance to ask questions relating to the topic. The first presentation will be on diabetes ( 17 March 2015) . Would you be able to attend an evening talk on diabetes?
