Many of us have at some time forgotten/missed appointments, with a GP surgery appointment it may mean someone does not receive treatment when needed and it is wasteful for the Practice. In December 2014 there were a total of 196 missed appointments. To reduce missed appointments we are trying to understand why people do not attend booked appointments and whether we can do anything to help with reminders. Your honest answers to the following will be helpful
