Patient Survey 2014/15

It is once again time for our annual survey. Thank you to all patients who have completed these in the past. This is a very effective way to have your voice heard and for the practice to gauge satisfaction and concerns within the patient population. The results of previous surveys have stongly influenced changes made. You may also contact the PPG via croftppg@googlemail.com. All written communications are considered bt the group and Croft staff our bi-monthleys meetings.
