Q7. Nationally there has been a huge increase in the demand for doctors’ appointments and patients are frustrated by the length of time they may need to wait for an appointment. However, there are a considerable number of patients who book appointments and then fail to attend them which has an impact on your ability to get an appointment. Do you have any suggestions as to how we could reduce the numbers of non-attenders?

Q8. We now offer the availability to book some appointments online. Have you asked your surgery for your unique Username and Password to enable you to use the online services?

Q9. With limited NHS funding available to provide new practice premises, we may be asked by NHS England to consider merging medical services for Hethersett and Mulbarton by developing one large surgery for both villages, together with retaining Cringleford surgery. Would you be in agreement with this solution? Please provide your comments.
