In October 2013 the Surgery held a Saturday morning flu clinic for the first time and we are looking to do a similar clinic this year but are interested how this is viewed by patients.
We now regulary send SMS text patients, to remind them of appointments. We can only do this if we have a current mobile number and have the patients agreement that we may contact them in this way.

We now offer the ability to order repeat prescriptions and book routine appointments on line (you can get a user name and password, which covers both services from reception.
We recently held a successful Patient Group Education meeting, with talks from the Gainsborough trust on ways of helping those with alcohol problems and Health Watch Cambridgeshire.
