The Orchard Practice 2013/14 Patient Survey
GP Practice Survey - Have your say
We aim to provide the highest standard of care and continually look to improve the practice. To do this, we need your help. As is 2012 and 2013 the 2014 survey has been developed with the Patient Participation Group (PPG) for The Orchard Practice and will help us identify areas that are important to you and that could be improved.
From the suggestions in the 2013 survey the practice has implemented the booking of appointments and the ordering of repeat prescriptions online. It's easy to take advantage of this new service - simply complete and return an 'Online Registration Form'. You can obtain a copy of the form from reception.
If you are unsure whether to visit the Hospital or the Doctor, there is a new website, which is mobile friendly and is full of useful information, www.healthhelpnow-nhs-net.
You wont't be surprised to learn that we continue to receive feedback on the car park. We have spoken to the local church and put to see if they can assist with additional parking, but regrettably they can't. We know that some of you will be disappointed, but unfortunately, this is one area that we are unable to change.
The findings will be discussed at the PPG and an action plan developed based on your feedback. A summary of the findings will be publised on www.theorchardpractice.co.uk by 31 March 2014 and in the April issue of Practice Eye.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and return to The Orchard Practice by Friday 28 February 2014. If you have family or friends who are a patient, please encourage them to complete the survey independently. The survey is also available online at www.theorchardpractice.co.uk.
We are looking for new members for the PPG, so if you are looking to influence what we do and can spare a few hours in a year please contact Helen Harrison at The Orchard Practice by email helen.harrison3@nhs.net or by telephone 01322 223960.
