We have a large number of appointments which are wasted by people not attending slots they have booked. Have you any ideas as to how we can improve this?

If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for a routine appointment they will be asked to rebook for a later date. In the future, after arriving how many minutes late for an appointment should a patient be asked to re-book?
