North Shore Surgery Patient Survey
As
a patient of North Shore Surgery you are automatically a member of the Patient
Participation Group (PPG). The PPG is run by a committee working in close
liaison with the doctors and practice manager. We work with the practice to
help all patients to take responsibility for their own health, that of their
family and the health of the wider community.
It
would be appreciated if you would answer the following questions in order for
the Patient Group to review your answers and to determine what areas of access
require improving.
