We are currently planning our annual Patient Experience Survey.
To ensure we ask the right questions, we would like members of our Patient Participation Group – that’s you - to help us decide what should be our key priorities when it comes to looking at the services we provide at The Crescent Surgery.
What do you think are the most important issues at The Crescent Surgery?
To help you decide we’ve set out below a number of areas where patients may feel our service could be changed / improved / delivered differently. If you agree questions on that area should be included in the forthcoming Patient Experience Survey then place a tick next to the topic.
