Making an Appointment
How many times have you attended to see a doctor or nurse in the past 12 months?
I usually find it difficult to contact the practice by telephone

I would like to see more health promotion events at the practice i.e. educational events including preventing diabetes and heart disease, weight and exercise, sexual health, stress management and keeping a healthy mind, preventing cancer
