1. Because our GPs aim to give the best possible service, we
schedule 15-minute appointments (other practices schedule 8-10 minutes).
This can impact ON our booking system and patients may sometimes have to
wait longer to get an appointment with their chosen doctor. How do you
feel about this?

I prefer the longer 15-minute appointments and I understand if I sometimes have to wait a bit longer to see my chosen doctor

I don't need the longer 15-minute appointments and would prefer to have shorter appointments

I have no preference either way.

2. Our GPs aim to give the best possible service and work with
patients with all kinds of health conditions. This can put pressure on
appointment times and they sometimes run late. How do you feel about
this?

I prefer not to be limited to strict appointment times to ensure that all my questions are answered

I understand if the doctor sometimes runs a bit late

I would prefer to have the GPs try to limit appointment times

I have no preference either way.
