We would like to ask you as a member of our "Participation Group" what questions we could include in our next patient survery questionnaire.

Would you like to know how patients feel about our appointments system, our opening hours or disabled access? We would really appreciate as many suggestions as possible so that we can base our next survey on matters that our patients feel are important to them.
