Following a Government directive, the Patient Representative Group (PRG) has prepared a questionnaire about various aspects of the surgery. The purpose is to find out how well the surgery is doing. The PRG will collate the results and present the findings to the GPs. If the results show any areas of concern, the GPs will look at what they can do to make improvements.
