Instead of using our normal annual survey, for the first time we have designed a survey based on feedback from our Patient Reference Group, whose members felt that we should focus on 3 key priority areas
1. Making an Appointment
2. Reception, and
3. Facilities & Opening Times.
I would be very grateful indeed if you would complete this survey based on your experience at Medwyn. The doctors,nurses and adminstration team all want to provide the highest standard of service and care. Feedback from this survey will help them to identify areas that may need improvement. Your opinions are so very valuable.
