1. Surgery to contact authorities regarding ice on access routes at Oakwood.
2. Surgery to hold discussions with Peartree Pharmacy, other local pharmacies, Royal Derby Hospital and NHS Derby City re considerate parking.
3. Surgery to work with Landlord to implement signage regime to reserve parking spaces for Lister House patients.
4. Continue with early morning appointments.
5. Add more pre-bookable later appointments
6. Consider opening Wednesday pm at Oakwood.
7. Complete investigations into queuing system either implement or report back on conclusions.
8. We will adopt your preference of adding a time to your texted appointment reminders.
9. Receptionists to let patients know, where possible, when doctors are running late.
10. Surgery will now develop the idea of a minor illness lead walk in clinic and report back further.
11. Surgery will progress the video education project.
